General Cancellation Policy:
Due to the limited enrollment and personalized nature of the CFA Broadway Studio Intensive, all registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another participant or receive a credit toward a future CFA Broadway Studio program, subject to approval and availability. Requests must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the event. No credits or transfers will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the program or for no-shows.
In the unlikely event that CFA cancels or reschedules the Intensive, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled date. This policy helps us secure Broadway professionals, venue costs, and program materials while keeping enrollment limited to provide each participant with a high-quality experience.
This can only be permitted on a case-by-case basis after review and approval from the Director of Programs & Partnerships based on CFA's proposed schedule.
For the protection of our students and educating staff, parents will be notified if and when they are able to directly observe any classes, performances, or public displays of work completed during the Broadway Studio's programs.
